South Island Harmony, formerly known as The Victoria Village Squires, was formed in 1968 as part of SPEBSQA Inc, now the Barbershop Harmony Society, an International singing movement some 30,000 strong. Made up of men of good character from all over the Southern Vancouver Island region, South Island Harmony perform regularly in the community, offer school and public learning programs, and entertain the public with our great mix of old classics and modern arrangements. If you love a'cappella singing, you will love South Island Harmony. We are carrying on the traditions of Barbershop four-part harmony, while growing into the new and exciting world of open a'cappella performing.
